STOMPer Scratch To Win has sent in a video of a woman caught scratching a car. He said this is the actual footage showing Hoo Siew Cheng, 35, who was fined $1,000 for scratching her neighbour's car after a feud.

Said the STOMPer:

"Yes this video is authentic.

"I got it from the owner got permission from him to upload this clip.

"This is the first time that this video has been uploaded."

According to The Straits Times report, Hoo, an operations manager, had been feuding with the owner of the car, Madam Lim Cheng Yong, who lived directly above her.

She blamed Madam Lim, who is in her 50s, for making loud noises at night and for water seeping through the ceiling.

Madam Lim then began discovering scratches on her car in January last year. After installing a hidden video camera in her car, she caught Hoo scratching the left side of the vehicle in front of Block 190, Punggol Central, at 9.35pm on May 7 2010.

Hoo pleaded guilty to committing mischief by damaging the paintwork of the car with a sharp object.

She was fined $1,000 and ordered to pay Madam Lim $500 in compensation.
